How long does it take to receive my reading?
All readings are delivered within 24-48 hours via email. You’ll receive a notification when your reading is complete. During busy periods (full moons, holidays), please allow up to 72 hours.
Can I ask specific questions?
Absolutely! The more specific your question, the more focused and helpful the reading will be. Whether it’s about relationships, career, finances, or personal growth, I welcome detailed questions to provide the most meaningful guidance.
Can readings predict the future?
Readings provide guidance and insights based on current energies and patterns. The future is not set in stone—you always have free will to shape your path. My readings illuminate possibilities and help you make informed decisions aligned with your highest good.
Are readings confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is sacred. All readings and personal information are kept completely confidential. I never share client information or reading details with anyone.
What if I’m not satisfied with my reading?
I stand behind the quality of my work. If you have concerns about your reading, please contact me within 7 days, and we’ll discuss how I can provide additional clarity or guidance.
Can I order a reading for someone else?
Yes! Readings make wonderful gifts. When ordering for someone else, you’ll need to provide their information (birth details for astrology, questions for tarot, etc.). With their permission, I can send the reading directly to them or to you to gift.
How often should I get a reading?
This varies by individual. Some people benefit from monthly guidance, while others prefer readings during significant life transitions or when facing major decisions. I recommend waiting at least 2-4 weeks between readings on the same topic to allow time for energies to shift and guidance to integrate.

What ingredients do you use?
All soaps and candles are made with natural, high-quality ingredients including organic essential oils, shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, and soy wax. I avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, and synthetic fragrances. Each product listing includes a full ingredient list.
How long do products take to ship?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—sign up for my newsletter to be notified when this option becomes available.
Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?
Yes! All products are vegan and cruelty-free. No animal products or byproducts are used, and nothing is tested on animals. I work with love and respect for all beings.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the handmade nature of these products, I cannot accept returns on used items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll happily send a replacement.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. I never see or store your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe). Your financial data is encrypted and protected.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For physical products, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For readings, you’ll receive a confirmation email when I begin your reading and another when it’s delivered.
